You send imaging and reports
Upload your ultrasound, MRI or CT — DICOM files are welcome — with a short description of your symptoms. If imaging is missing, we tell you exactly which study to obtain locally.
Dr. Pıçak reviews your case and calls you
A video consultation in English, at a time that suits your country. You hear whether an image-guided treatment is appropriate — and if it is not, you are told so plainly.
A written plan, schedule and estimate
The proposed procedure and expected stay are discussed with you. The treating hospital confirms available dates, included services and a written cost estimate before booking.
Arrival, transfer and workup
After a hospital and treatment date are agreed, ask its international patient team about transfer and accommodation. The treating hospital schedules your examination and required tests.
The procedure
When indicated, Dr. Pıçak performs the procedure at the treating hospital. Anaesthesia, observation and discharge timing depend on the treatment and your condition.
Final check and clearance to fly
Before departure, the treating team assesses your fitness to travel and confirms the discharge documents you will receive.
Follow-up from home
Scheduled video reviews at one, three and six months. You send control imaging from your own city; Dr. Pıçak reads it himself and reports back to you.

The treating hospital confirms accepted payment methods, the written estimate and any deposit before booking.
We do not work through agencies or commission-based intermediaries, and we do not promise outcomes before your imaging has been read. If a procedure is not right for you, we will say so.
Before you travel
What imaging should I send?
Whatever you already have — ultrasound, MRI, CT or venography, ideally as DICOM plus the written report. If a study is missing or too old, you will be told which one to obtain at home.
Is the review really free?
Yes. The initial reading of your imaging and the video consultation carry no charge and no obligation to travel.
How many days should I plan for?
Three nights covers most day-case embolizations. Some treatments need four to five; your written plan states the number before you book flights.
Will my own doctor be kept informed?
Ask the treating hospital which discharge documents it provides. With your consent, Dr. Pıçak can correspond with your local physician about follow-up.
What happens if there is a complication at home?
Contact the same WhatsApp number. Dr. Pıçak will speak with you and, where useful, with your local physician, so that care continues without gaps.
